I am glad that I had the honor of moderating a virtual discussion event on the sidelines of the digital Green Week: “German-Russian cooperation for a sustainable agricultural and food industry”.
With the German Parliamentary State Secretary in the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture Uwe Feiler and the Russian Vice Minister for Agriculture Maxim Uwaidow as well as other very competent guests, we discussed the improved German-Russian cooperation in the field of agricultural research and education. Mr. Feiler emphasizes that Germany is extremely interested in research-cooperation in the fields of crop production and animal disease control with Russia. For me as a volunteer it is fulfilling to be able to contribute to the German-Russian understanding for growth opportunities of the companies in both countries through such a moderation.
