On the one hand, I will join the management team of the German Seed Alliance as a General Representative. The market of this leading seed supplier is the Russian Federation, and I will use my experience to help maintaining relationships with politics, the public and administration. I am pleased that the members of the associations have asked me to keep my honorary posts at the German Agribusiness Alliance and in the Eastern Committee of German Business.
On the other hand, I am now preparing the step into my self-employment as a systemic management consultant and business coach. My main topic will be “Change from growth of organizations”. Even if times are difficult for this now, I believe that my network of colleagues and me have something interesting to offer for many companies. Be curious …
